Conclusion: I need to read and review more indie-pubbed and self-pubbed novels in 2013. This will slow down my progress on my to-read shelf, but oh well. There’s nothing like sacrificing for the cause, right? ; )

What a good idea, to track what you read throughout the year. Maybe I’ll try doing that this coming year. My fave Dean Koontz books: Strangers; Dark Rivers of the Heart.
And I forgot to add, my all time fave of Koontz: Watchers.
Pam, you’re a woman after my own heart. Watchers, Dark Rivers of the Heart, and Strangers are also three of my favorite Koontzes. My top fave is probably From the Corner of His Eye. Twilight Eyes is also high on my list, and I have a warm place in my heart for the Odd Thomas series (though I haven’t read the latest novel or the two graphic novels).
Just Googled and found out that Odd Thomas is gonna be a movie this year! Man I hope they do it right! : )
Charlotte Doyle has long been a favorite of mine, and the Aspirin series is pretty enjoyable. Well done!

I think those are the only two MYTH novels I’ve ever read. Always intended to read the rest of the series and just never got around to it. They are fun, though. Does Aspirin write “serious” fantasy as well?

Did you read the Jesus Manifesto twice or just forget you had already listed it?
Jes, probably 80% of my reads happened while I was too pregnancy-sick to do anything else. I expect that my 2013 list is going to be significantly shorter.
And whoops! Yes, I did manage to overlook listing that one twice. Trust an ISTJ to have my back. ; ) Fixed it!
